Culture – A Way to Integration is an ESC individual volunteering opportunity hosted in Wola, Poland, focused on strengthening social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and community life through cultural and creative activities. Volunteers will actively support a local cultural centre while working with children, young people, adults, and seniors in a small-town environment.

🎯 Main Activities
🎨 Organise and support cultural workshops such as photography, dance, music, and language clubs
👧🧑 Activities for children and youth including summer camps and holiday programmes
👵 Develop creative and social activities for seniors and elderly residents
🎉 Support organisation of cultural and special events
💻 Assist with office work, digitalisation of documents, project documentation
📸 Create visual content for projects and events including photography, video, and music clips
📱 Update website and manage Instagram communication
🌍 Promote ESC and Erasmus+ programmes locally
🤝 Support ongoing projects implemented by FUNDACJA ROZWOJU SPOŁECZEŃSTWA PRZEDSIĘBIORCZEGO

🏡 Accommodation, Food and Support
🏠 Shared flat in Wola with a private room for each volunteer
🍽️ Food allowance: 140 EUR per month
💶 Pocket money: 180 EUR per month
✈️ Travel reimbursement: 309 EUR or 395 EUR depending on distance
🛡️ Insurance provided
