MYCELIUM for Youth Workers is an immersive Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in El Brull, Osona, Spain 🇪🇸, designed to respond to the urgent need to transform youth work through holistic, socio-affective, and sustainable approaches. The training brings together youth workers from across Europe to place care, inclusion, and wellbeing at the heart of youth work practice.

🏞️ Hosted at Masia Rural La Morera, in the Montseny Natural Park

🛠️ Equip youth workers with innovative tools for wellbeing, conflict transformation, and inclusive facilitation

🤝 Support sustainable, caring, and peace-oriented youth work ecosystems

🎭 Artistic and embodied practices such as theatre, biodanza, movement, writing, and visual arts
🌳 Nature-based learning and outdoor education

👤 Participant Profile
👥 Youth workers, educators, facilitators, and community leaders
🎂 18+ years old (preference for 25+ with youth work experience)
🌍 Living in one of the sending countries
🧠 Motivated to integrate artistic, socio-affective, and nature-based methodologies
🤝 Experience working with vulnerable youth is an asset
🩺 Must hold a European Health Insurance Card (or equivalent)
📸 Consent to use of images for dissemination purposes
⏳ Full participation in the entire programme is mandatory

🏠 Accommodation and full board covered
🍽️ Vegetarian diet provided, with food restrictions respected

📢 Reimbursement takes place after dissemination tasks are completed
