MYCELIUM for Youth Workers is an immersive Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in El Brull, Osona, Spain ๐ช๐ธ, designed to respond to the urgent need to transform youth work through holistic, socio-affective, and sustainable approaches. The training brings together youth workers from across Europe to place care, inclusion, and wellbeing at the heart of youth work practice.

๐ Learning rooted in nature, art, and embodied experience

๐ค Strengthen emotional awareness and socio-affective competences in youth work
๐ ๏ธ Equip youth workers with innovative tools for wellbeing, conflict transformation, and inclusive facilitation

๐ฅ Youth workers, educators, facilitators, and community leaders
๐ 18+ years old (preference for 25+ with youth work experience)
๐ Living in one of the sending countries
๐ง Motivated to integrate artistic, socio-affective, and nature-based methodologies
๐ค Experience working with vulnerable youth is an asset
๐ฉบ Must hold a European Health Insurance Card (or equivalent)
๐ธ Consent to use of images for dissemination purposes
โณ Full participation in the entire programme is mandatory
