🌱 Project Overview
This ESC Individual Volunteering project takes place in Portorož, Slovenia, at a local youth center working closely with young people. Volunteers support the center’s digital transition by strengthening its online presence, promoting digital literacy, and raising awareness about the risks and opportunities of the digital world. The project combines youth work, communication, creativity, and practical digital skills in an international and coastal environment.

🎯 Main Activities
📱 Managing and developing the youth center’s social media presence
💻 Supporting digital transition processes within the youth center
🧠 Promoting digital literacy and responsible online behaviour among young people
⚠️ Raising awareness about online risks, safety, and opportunities
🎨 Supporting creative, educational, and cultural youth activities
🤝 Working closely with youth workers and other international volunteers

🏡 Accommodation, Food and Living Conditions
🏠 Shared apartment close to the workplace
🛏️ Two bedrooms including one single room and one shared room
🍽️ 7 € per day for food and 5 € per day pocket money
🚌 Monthly public transport card provided
🚲 Access to electric bikes for local mobility
✈️ Travel costs to and from Slovenia covered according to Erasmus+ distance rules
