๐ŸŒ Project Overview
Becoming a Safe Adult is an Erasmus+ Training Course hosted in Croatia, designed for youth workers and professionals who actively work with young people and want to strengthen their capacity to act as emotionally aware, grounded and reliable adults. The training focuses on emotional awareness, regulation, relational safety and empowerment, supporting participants in creating safer and more empowering environments for themselves and for the young people they work with.
Through experiential and body-based learning methods, participants will explore their internal emotional states, learn to recognise emotional signals and strengthen personal stability as a foundation for quality youth work.
