💼 Main Responsibilities
🌐 Supporting IGF programme platforms including scheduling systems room reservations and remote participation tools
💻 Assisting with IGF website functions web applications and digital tools
📱 Supporting social media campaigns and online communication activities
🎓 Assisting with training delivery for remote participation support staff
📊 Compiling participation statistics media analysis and engagement data
📝 Creating and analysing surveys and polls for intersessional IGF work
🎨 Supporting interface design layout and presentation of IGF outputs
🤝 Supporting programme components linked to the annual IGF meeting and intersessional initiatives

🎓 Who Can Apply
🎓 Final-year Bachelor students or enrolled Master PhD candidates
🎓 Recent graduates at Bachelor Master or PhD level
🌍 Background in international relations public policy ICT digital governance social sciences or related fields
💻 Strong skills in MS Word PowerPoint and Teams
✍️ Ability to draft articles or social media content is an advantage
📊 Experience with surveys and polls is an advantage
🚫 No prior professional work experience required

🗣️ Language Requirements
🇬🇧 Fluent English required
🇫🇷 French is an advantage
🌍 Knowledge of additional UN languages is a plus

💰 Financial Conditions
