About the Opportunity

🇮🇹 Held in Milan, this Erasmus+ Seminar brings together 25 experienced practitioners, sport educators, youth workers and community developers to explore how sport, sustainability and social impact intersect.
Organised by the Italian NA, in cooperation with French NAs, YouSports, the EC Sports Unit, and the Olympic Programme (#Gen26), this Round Table connects participants with the learning legacy of the Milano–Cortina 2026 Olympics.

This European gathering focuses on community development, environmental and social sustainability, grassroots sports, and non-formal education through sport.

Who Are We Looking For?

Participants should be:
– Experts in social sport & community development
– Practitioners from grassroots sport organisations
– Educators using sport for inclusion (ages 15–30)
– Professionals eager to share methods, stories, challenges
– Individuals ready to contribute to a strategic paper
– Motivated networkers able to collaborate across Europe
– Comfortable working in English

What You Will Do

🏟️ Join a 2-day Round Table (2–4 Feb) with European experts
🌱 Explore sustainability, community impact & non-formal learning
🤝 Share your own methods, tools, challenges & success stories
🌍 Network with youth work, sport and social innovation stakeholders
🎤 Connect with projects of Fondazione Milano Cortina
🏅 Participate in the large final Conference on 5 Feb to present ideas and build partnerships
