Do you dream of working in the creative and cultural sector?
Trans Europe Halles offers an incredible one-year ESC volunteering opportunity in its coordination office in Lund, Southern Sweden, starting 19 January 2026.
You’ll join an international team that manages cultural events, digital communication, and European cooperation projects. From coordinating social media to supporting sustainability and green transition initiatives — this experience will put you at the heart of Europe’s independent cultural scene.

📚 Training & Mentorship
You’ll start with an introduction and job shadowing TEH team members to learn about the network’s structure and projects.
Throughout the year, you’ll:
🎯 Work with TEH’s communications team on real projects
🌐 Participate in international events and meetings
🤝 Be guided by an experienced mentor with a tailor-made learning plan
🎬 Develop professional skills in communication, design, and cultural management
💡 Participant Profile
- Aged 18–30, from ESC Programme or Partner Countries
- Passionate about communication, digital media, design, or culture
- Active on social media and eager to learn more about visual communication
- Curious, creative, and motivated to work in a multicultural team
- No professional experience required — just enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
