Do you dream of working in the creative and cultural sector?
Trans Europe Halles offers an incredible one-year ESC volunteering opportunity in its coordination office in Lund, Southern Sweden, starting 19 January 2026.
Youโll join an international team that manages cultural events, digital communication, and European cooperation projects. From coordinating social media to supporting sustainability and green transition initiatives โ this experience will put you at the heart of Europeโs independent cultural scene.

๐ Training & Mentorship
Youโll start with an introduction and job shadowing TEH team members to learn about the networkโs structure and projects.
Throughout the year, youโll:

๐ Participate in international events and meetings
๐ค Be guided by an experienced mentor with a tailor-made learning plan
๐ฌ Develop professional skills in communication, design, and cultural management

- Agedย 18โ30, fromย ESC Programme or Partner Countries
- Passionate aboutย communication, digital media, design, or culture
- Active on social media and eager to learn more about visual communication
- Curious, creative, and motivated to work in a multicultural team
- No professional experience required โ just enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
