🌾 About the Project

Do you dream of living close to nature while learning sustainable ways to care for the planet? 🌎
This 10-month ESC volunteering project invites young people aged 18–30 to dive into permaculture, regenerative agriculture, and agroforestry in one of the most beautiful natural landscapes of Spain — the Canary Islands!

Volunteers will live and work on Finca Luna, an experimental eco-farm where theory meets practice. You’ll cultivate vegetables, care for fruit trees and animals, build soil fertility, and take part in eco-construction and water systems — all while sharing knowledge in an international team of 5–6 volunteers.

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Conditions

• 🏡 Shared eco-houses within the farm area
• 🚿 Solar shower & dry toilet systems
• 🌐 Internet access in the shared library/common space
• 🍎 Food partly self-produced on the farm; rest bought locally
• 🌡️ Expect outdoor physical work in various conditions (3°C in winter nights / 40°C in summer days)

🧭 Learning & Training

Although no official Permaculture Design Certificate is provided, volunteers will participate in continuous practical workshops on:
🌿 Permaculture principles and ecological design
🌻 Regenerative farming and soil care
💧 Eco-technologies and water systems
🏡 Sustainable building and bioconstruction

You’ll learn by doing — and become an environmental changemaker in your own community! 🌍
