Join Popoli Insieme, one of Italy’s most respected organisations working for refugee integration and social inclusion. 🇮🇹
Through this European Solidarity Corps project, you’ll become an active part of the association’s daily work, helping asylum seekers and refugees build a new life in Italy while promoting cultural understanding and community solidarity. 🌍

Volunteers will assist with everyday activities, help coordinate community events, and support social inclusion initiatives that bring locals and migrants together through meaningful collaboration and dialogue.

🎯 Your Role & Main Tasks

• 🏠 Support asylum seekers and refugees in their daily needs and interactions with local services
• 🤝 Visit and help maintain reception apartments
• 🎉 Take part in organising cultural, social, and sports events
• 🌿 Join community gardening and outdoor activities
• 🗣️ Assist in communication, awareness campaigns, and volunteer engagement
• 💬 Help coordinate meetings and gatherings to foster inclusion and understanding

Every task is guided by social operators, ensuring that your contribution is meaningful, safe, and well-structured.

👥 Participant Profile

This project is ideal for volunteers who are:

• 🌍 Passionate about social work, integration, and community engagement
• 💛 Open-minded, empathetic, and motivated to help people from diverse backgrounds
• 🗣️ Willing to learn Italian (basic knowledge appreciated but not required)
• 🙌 Interested in contributing to refugee support and inclusion projects

No previous experience is required — just motivation and a genuine interest in social change.

• 🏠 Shared housing in Padova with other volunteers or locals (single/double rooms)
