🐶 About the Project
As a volunteer, you’ll:
✨ Care for dogs: feed them, clean their sleeping spaces, take them for walks
✨ Support communication via social media & website
✨ Assist events promoting animal rights 🗣️
✨ Help with rescued farm animals in Magnago 🐖🐓
💬 You’ll discover each animal’s personality and special needs, all while living the unique rhythm of a shelter immersed in nature.
🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport
🛏️ Shared double room ON the shelter territory
🥗 Fully vegan kitchen + vegan lunch on workdays
💶 6€/day pocket money + 110€/month food allowance
🚍 Travel support (according to Erasmus+ rules)
📍 Please note: shelter is in a small town, 1h away from a big city
🧑🏫 Training & Support
🎓 On-arrival training by National Agency
🐾 Task-specific sessions on animal care, hygiene, shelter routines
🤝 Weekly check-ins with mentors and project coordinator
🗣️ Optional Italian language lessons available

We’re looking for:
✔️ Animal lovers! Especially those with dog-handling experience
✔️ Background in veterinary, biology or related fields is a plus
✔️ Social media know-how (TikTok, Instagram) 📱
✔️ Open to physical work & early mornings 💪
✔️ Comfortable with 24/7 shelter life & shared living
✔️ Adheres to or open to try vegan/antispeciesist lifestyle
✔️ Motivated to learn Italian 🇮🇹
