๐ Your Responsibilities
๐ Collaborate in supporting incoming and outgoing exchange students
๐ง General office work and communication in Spanish and English โ videoconferencing, telephone, email
๐ช Event management โ preparation, logistics, and on-the-day support
๐ Prepare and check documents related to student exchange programmes
๐ Provide basic student advice and guest assistance
๐๏ธ Update folders, spreadsheets, and the website
โ๏ธ Post blog publications via WordPress
๐ File documents โ applications, agreements, and more
๐ Conduct internet research for departmental needs
๐ Proofreading and translation tasks
