๐ŸŒ Collaborate in supporting incoming and outgoing exchange students

๐Ÿ“ง General office work and communication in Spanish and English โ€” videoconferencing, telephone, email

๐ŸŽช Event management โ€” preparation, logistics, and on-the-day support

๐Ÿ“„ Prepare and check documents related to student exchange programmes

๐ŸŽ“ Provide basic student advice and guest assistance

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Update folders, spreadsheets, and the website
