🌍 About the Project

Are you ready to support vulnerable children and young people in Spain through ESC? 🇪🇸 This individual volunteering opportunity in Granada focuses on building a more inclusive European society by responding to social challenges related to childhood, youth, education, and employment.

The project aims to empower minors in care, young migrants, refugees, and youth at risk of exclusion through structured socio-educational support and solidarity-based intervention.

🎯 Objectives

✨ Promote child and youth development through formal and non-formal education
✨ Foster mutual tolerance, intercultural dialogue, and gender equality
✨ Prevent abuse and other forms of maltreatment
✨ Strengthen employability and entrepreneurial competences
✨ Create strong cooperation between teachers, volunteers, and social workers

🗓 16 March 2026 – 28 February 2027
⏳ Total duration: 48 weeks

🏠 Accommodation, Food and Practical Arrangements

🏡 Accommodation and food are fully provided by the hosting organisation
🏫 Volunteers stay in the same educational centre where they carry out their activities
🌴 Fixed vacation periods during Easter, August, and Christmas
🎓 Thematic trainings during the activity related to youth work and social education
💶 Pocket money, travel reimbursement, insurance, and Youthpass provided under ESC rules

👥 Age 18–30
🌍 Young people from eligible ESC countries
📚 Background or experience in socio-educational volunteering preferred
🧠 Strong motivation to work with vulnerable groups
🗣 At least basic knowledge of Spanish required
🤝 Attitudes of tolerance, respect for diversity, inclusion, and equality
