🌱 Project Overview
This European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Individual Volunteering opportunity takes place in Würzburg, Germany 🇩🇪and focuses on early childhood education, movement-based learning, and outdoor activities. Volunteers support a child-centred kindergarten environment where children freely explore, move, and learn through play, while educators and volunteers facilitate and encourage autonomy.

🎯 Volunteering Activities
Volunteers will be involved in daily kindergarten life, including:
👶 Supporting groups of children aged 1–6 in a movement-focused learning environment
🏃 Encouraging physical activity such as running, climbing, cycling, gym and swimming sessions
🌦️ Spending time outdoors in all seasons, supporting nature-based play
🎨 Assisting creative, cultural, and playful learning activities
💡 Proposing and implementing own ideas, activities, or small projects with team support
🤝 Facilitating children’s self-chosen activities and supporting their independence
