🧩 Eligibility Criteria
• Must hold citizenship of a TaiwanICDF-eligible partner country
• Must NOT hold Taiwanese citizenship or overseas compatriot status
• Must meet all partner university admission requirements
• Must meet visa requirements for Resident Visa (FS) and ARC
• Cannot receive another Taiwan government scholarship simultaneously
• Cannot apply consecutively without graduating from previous Taiwan-funded programs
• Must provide highest diploma by July 31, 2026
• Must have no past scholarship revocations or academic expulsions
