The Chinese Government Scholarship provides a complete support package for South African scholars:

To qualify, applicants must:

📊 Have a minimum academic average of 60%
🎯 Meet age & qualification criteria:
– Chinese Language (non-degree): NSC 60%, under 35
– Bachelor’s: NSC with Bachelor Pass, under 26
– Master’s: Bachelor’s degree 60%, under 35
– PhD: Master’s degree 60%, under 40
– General Scholar: Bachelor Pass, under 45
– Senior Scholar: Master’s/Associate Professor, under 50
🈸 Language requirements (where applicable):
– HSK 3 or 4 depending on level
– CSCA score for Bachelor’s
👤 Under 18 applicants must provide guardian documentation.
