The prestigious École Normale Supérieure (ENS) in Paris is now accepting applications for the ENS International Selection Scholarship 2026 — one of France’s most competitive and elite academic opportunities.
Each year, ENS selects 20 exceptional international students (10 in Sciences and 10 in Arts & Humanities) to pursue a Master’s or Diploma degree with full financial support.

ENS integrates international students into its community of normaliens — providing world-class interdisciplinary education and exposure to leading researchers.
Applicants can choose between two tracks:
Arts & Humanities International Selection (10 positions) Sciences International Selection (10 positions)
All admitted students pursue a Master’s degree and the ENS Diploma concurrently while benefitting from mentoring, seminars, and full academic access at ENS and partner institutions.
🧩 Eligibility Criteria
🌍 Open to all nationalities
🎂 Applicants must be under 26 years old at the time of application
📘 Must have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies outside France
🚫 Must not have lived in France for more than 10 months in the previous two academic years
🔁 Must be a first-time applicant (former applicants cannot reapply)
💡 Excellent academic record and motivation required
