👤 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship 2026, applicants must:

Be non-French international students
Have an outstanding academic record
Apply through a French higher education institution (direct student applications are not accepted)
Not have previously received the Eiffel Scholarship
For Master’s level: be under 29 years old
For PhD level: be under 35 years old
Students already studying in France are not eligible for the Master’s track
