💡 Project Overview
Experience cultural exchange and education in action by joining Maison de l’Europe Le Mans – Sarthe and Lycée Privé Professionnel Les Horizons in Saint-Saturnin, France.
This exciting ESC project promotes European identity, language learning, and student mobility through daily interaction with French high-school students.
As a volunteer, you’ll help open young minds to the wider world — inspiring curiosity about Spain, Europe, and cross-cultural experiences while preparing students for their future Erasmus+ internships in Spain.
🎯 Main Activities
📘 Support classes and organise Spanish language workshops
🇪🇸 Share your country’s culture, traditions, and everyday life
🗣️ Help students gain confidence before their mobility internships abroad
🎭 Create and lead fun intercultural or creative activities
🤝 Collaborate with teachers and other European volunteers
🌍 Represent Europe and promote international mobility in your school community
🏠 Accommodation, Food & Allowances
🏡 You’ll live in a shared volunteer house near Le Mans city centre, with your own room and access to local transport.
🍽️ Lunch is provided at the school canteen on working days.
💶 You’ll receive €240/month pocket money + €210/month food allowance, paid monthly to your bank account.
🚴♀️ You’ll also get a transport card for trams and buses, a bike, and a discount card for French railways to explore the region.
🌍 This project encourages community living — ideal for open-minded and sociable people.

🧭 Arrival & Mid-Term Seminars – fully covered by the French National Agency
🤝 Regular follow-ups and team meetings with other ESC volunteers
💡 Involvement in common volunteer projects throughout the year

We’re looking for someone who:
🇪🇸 Is from Spain and passionate about working with young people
💬 Enjoys teaching or facilitating creative language activities
💪 Is proactive, patient, and open to cultural exchange
🎯 Wants to help students prepare for Erasmus+ mobility through language and intercultural learning
