🎯 Role & Responsibilities

As an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment and people management processes:

• 📢 Post and update job offers
• 📩 Respond to applicants and screen CVs & motivation letters
• 🎤 Conduct short interviews and plan/manage recruitment stages
• 📑 Handle contracts, onboarding paperwork, and new colleague integration
• 🤝 Support HR administration and employee engagement

✅ Candidate Profile

• 📝 Proficient English writing & communication skills (C1)
• 🌟 Strong initiative, creativity, and organizational skills
• 🔍 Detail-oriented and results-driven personality
• 💡 Passion for startups, online businesses & talent development
• 🗣️ Knowledge of Dutch, German, French, or Chinese is an advantage
• 🎓 Bachelor’s students in Business, Management, Social Sciences, or Languages preferred
