🇮🇹 Italy – ESC Opportunity with Associazione Joint in Genova 🌍

🌟 Activity Description: Associazione Joint is seeking an individual interested in joining the world of youth mobility in the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programs in the role of an assistant. They are looking for someone under 30 years old with prior experience in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps mobility activities. Areas of activity include ESC Team Group Leader, ESC in sending, ESC coordination, Youth Exchanges Erasmus+, and social media management and web mastering.
🏡 Accommodation, Food, and Transport: Duration: 6 or 12 months. Compensation: between €850 and €1,000/month for 40 hours/week. The work is in Genova, where the organization is opening a new office. The selected person must participate approximately 9 times a year in 4-day staff meetings held in Milan, Genova, or another decided location. Travel expenses from Genova to the meeting location are covered by the Association. Accommodation expenses are covered when the activity is conducted outside Genova or Milan, while meals are at the participant’s expense.
🎓 Training During the Activity: The selected individual will be trained on all specified tasks. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to participate in training activities abroad during working hours.
👤 Participant Profile: Minimum requirements: under 30 years old, English and Italian B2 proficiency, residence or willingness to relocate to Genova, prior participation as a participant in mobility activities in the relevant sector, availability to work as an assistant and not a coordinator for at least the first 6 months, willingness to work on weekends and participate in projects abroad, and proficiency in computer use. Other requirements include experience in European or local project planning, possession of a functioning and moderately fast computer, a valid driver’s license, and availability to drive.
