📆 Period: Embrace the adventure from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

🎓 Activity Description: Ecole Agile offers an alternative learning experience based on trust, where children learn at their own pace, fostering individual talents and skills. As a volunteer, you’ll be an integral part of the democratic school life. Your tasks may include organizing workshops based on your interests, assisting children with individual learning, mediating conflicts, participating in the vegetable permaculture garden, and organizing projects and excursions.

🏡 Accommodation, Food, and Transport:

• Accommodation: Shared apartment in Perpignan near a bus stop.
• Food: Allowance of 7€/day.
• Transport: Favor sustainable mobility with an annual transport card for local transport.
• Pocket Money: 7€/day (secured transfer to a bank account).

🛠️ Training During the Activity:

• Fully integrate into the Ecole Agile team.
• Considered a full member of the association, participating in school operations and democracy.
• Attend an integration and training week.
• Receive an Agile Book and an introductory workshop on agile methods.
• Weekly and monthly meetings and dedicated time for personal projects.
• Language classes, non-violent communication workshops, and mediation training available upon request.

👤 Participant Profile:

• Multilingual autonomy with proficiency in English and preferably some French.
• Open-minded, tolerant, and caring with experience or ease with children.
• Alignment with principles of respecting differences in religion, gender, culture, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
