Youth Works Hub has 21 Erasmus+ training courses and e-learning opportunities for youth workers in 2026, in Estonia, Poland, Germany, Spain and eight more countries. Fifteen are training courses, one is an annual conference in Bonn and five are online e-learning calls, with deadlines running from 8 November to 10 December 2026. Estonia has five of the calls, and Germany and Poland three each. Our guide to what an Erasmus+ training course is explains the format.
The profile shifts from call to call. The Amarante course asks for youth workers aged 22 or over with at least two years of experience, the Gdaลsk course also asks for at least two years of experience and a good command of English, and the Slovenia course is for participants over 17. The Tleล and Rome courses ask for 18 or over, and the Finland study visit is not aimed at students.
The country lists differ widely. The Amarante course is open to residents of Spain, the Garlstedt and Haapsalu courses list three countries each, and the Poland call on meaningful participation and the Estonia webinar on mental health and career choices list 250 countries each. Our overview of eligible countries for Erasmus+ and ESC explains the general country rules.
Each call has its own angle:
๐ต๐น Portugal: Amarante hosts a five-day course on resilience, mental health and a practical toolkit for work with young people, with Psychological First Aid and Theatre of the Oppressed.
