7 Fully Funded Erasmus+ Opportunities in Estonia, Poland, Romania, Spain and 3 More Countries, Deadlines to 25 October 2026

Posted 8 October 2026

Youth Works Hub shares 7 fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities for 2026 and early 2027 in Estonia, Ireland, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Tรผrkiye, including Board and Byte Games in Tosya, Tรผrkiye, a training course organised in collaboration with us. The batch holds five Erasmus+ training courses, one Youth Exchange and one free online course on the European Solidarity Corps, mostly for youth workers, youth leaders and educators. Two calls are open as soon as possible, and the last one closes on 25 October 2026. Our guide to what an Erasmus+ Training Course is explains the format, and the guide to Erasmus+ accreditation explains the KA151 accreditation behind the Tosya course.

Each call has its own angle:

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ Poland: AIvolution in Murzasichle, near the Tatra National Park, teaches youth workers to use AI and digital tools in youth work and NGO management.

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ด Romania: NextGen Peacebuilders in Predeal brings young people together on democracy, human rights and conflict prevention.

๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ Spain: a course in Guriezo treats conflict as a language to understand and teaches non-violent communication.

๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ช Estonia: The Clown In You in Vihi and Tallinn uses clowning, bouffon and improv to explore personal boundaries.

๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฐ Slovakia: Volunteering for ALL shows newcomers how to organise ESC volunteering for young people with fewer opportunities.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช Ireland: a free eight-week online course run from Ireland covers everything the European Solidarity Corps offers.

๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ท Tรผrkiye: Board and Byte Games in Tosya, organised in collaboration with us, has youth workers build board games and no-code, AI-supported digital games.

Taken together, the batch suits youth workers who want practical tools they can bring home, from AI and game design to conflict transformation, clowning and inclusive volunteering. If you are 18 to 25, the Youth Exchange in Romania is the one call aimed at young participants, and our guide to what a Youth Exchange is explains that format.

Erasmus+ projects cover travel and stay, which is why every opportunity in this batch is listed as fully funded. According to Youth Works Hub's review, four calls state that they are free of charge and the Youth Exchange in Romania does not mention a fee, while the clowning course in Estonia asks selected participants to confirm a 30 EUR advised contribution and the volunteering course in Slovakia has a participation fee that varies from country to country. Two calls are open as soon as possible, and the Tosya course closes last, on 25 October 2026.

Participants dive into clowning, bouffon and improv, explore their personal boundaries and find their own clown character, gaining methods they can use directly with young people, for example in communication trainings.

It is open to people aged 18 or older in youth work and education, including youth workers, non-formal educators, trainers, camp leaders, teachers and student union representatives, with no clowning or theatre experience required. Rooms for 2 to 4 people and meals are provided, travel is reimbursed up to a fixed maximum, insurance is your own cost, and the application form asks you to confirm a 30 EUR advised contribution, which applies only to selected participants. If an organisation asks you to pay at the application stage, report it to the National Agency or the European Commission and let us know, so we can report it too.

5. ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฐ Erasmus+ Training Course in Slovakia ๐Ÿซ‚ Volunteering Projects for Young People With Fewer Opportunities ๐ŸŒ

๐Ÿ“… Deadline: 21 October 2026

๐Ÿ“ Slovakia ยท ๐Ÿ‘ฅ ESC newcomers working with young people with fewer opportunities ยท โณ 3 training days ยท ๐Ÿ’ถ Fee varies by country

Volunteering for ALL is a three-day beginners' training course in Slovakia, run by two international trainers together with SALTO Inclusion & Diversity, SALTO European Solidarity Corps and the National Agencies. It shows how European Solidarity Corps volunteering can reach young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, covering funding, inclusion support and how to design a volunteering project step by step, whether sending or hosting, individual or in a group.

The course is only for newcomers to the ESC, such as youth and social workers who work directly with young people with fewer opportunities and have never organised ESC volunteering with them, and it is not for school-related activities. You need enough English to follow presentations and discussions, and there is an online preparation meeting on 23 November. All costs, including single-room accommodation, travel and visa, are covered by the National Agencies involved, except a participation fee that varies from country to country, applying only to selected participants, so ask your National Agency. Open to applicants from ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฒ ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡พ ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ช ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฉ ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ and 34 more!

๐Ÿ’ก Note from youthworker_eu: a participation fee like this is not a cost you pay to apply. It is never paid at application, only by selected participants. If anyone asks you to pay at the application stage, report it to the National Agency or the European Commission and let us know, so we can report it too.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay a fee to join these Erasmus+ opportunities?

Four calls state that they are free of charge, and the Youth Exchange in Romania does not mention a fee. The clowning course in Estonia asks selected participants to confirm a 30 EUR advised contribution, and the Volunteering for ALL course in Slovakia has a participation fee that varies from country to country, and your National Agency can tell you the amount. Our guide on how to spot a real Erasmus+ or ESC project explains why a fee is never paid at application.

Who can apply for these Erasmus+ opportunities in Estonia, Poland, Romania and Spain?

Most calls are for youth workers and educators, and two have narrow eligibility. AIvolution in Poland is open to youth workers aged 19 to 45 from the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain and Tรผrkiye, and NextGen Peacebuilders in Romania to 18 to 25 year olds from Bulgaria, Romania, Spain and Tรผrkiye. The conflict transformation course in Guriezo and the online ESC course are open to 250 countries, the Slovakia course to 39, and the courses in Estonia and Tosya to 33. Our guide on who can apply for Erasmus+ and ESC covers ages and roles across the programmes.

Which of these Erasmus+ deadlines closes first?

AIvolution in Poland and NextGen Peacebuilders in Romania are listed as "As soon as possible!", and NextGen Peacebuilders starts on 22 October 2026. The courses in Guriezo and Estonia close on 15 October, Slovakia on 21 October, the online ESC course on 24 October and Board and Byte Games in Tosya on 25 October 2026. The step-by-step guide to applying helps you prepare in time.

Looked at by theme, the batch falls into three clear groups. Digital skills and creativity run through AIvolution in Poland, the clowning course in Estonia and Board and Byte Games in Tosya, the course we organise in collaboration with the Municipality of Tosya, where youth workers design and playtest their own games. Peace and dialogue come together in NextGen Peacebuilders in Romania and the conflict transformation course in Guriezo. The European Solidarity Corps is the focus of the Volunteering for ALL course in Slovakia and the online ESC course from Ireland.

If the ESC courses spark an idea, our guide to the ESC Quality Label explains what organisations need to host volunteers, and the guide to what Youthpass is explains the certificate most of these calls offer. Find more fully funded Erasmus+ training courses and exchanges, explained in plain language, on Youth Works Hub. Pick the call that fits your work and apply before your deadline.
