At Youth Works Hub, we went through all nine of these Erasmus+ listings in full, and every one closes between 10 and 14 October 2026. The batch has one youth exchange for 18 to 25 year olds in the Orlické Mountains, Czechia, and eight activities mainly for youth workers, youth leaders and youth organisations: four training courses in Spain, Croatia, Estonia and Lithuania, a conference in Lisbon, a contact seminar in Iasi, a study visit in Ireland and a one-hour online webinar run from Italy, across nine countries in total. Every activity in this batch closes within five days, from 10 to 14 October 2026. If you are 18 to 25, it helps to know what an Erasmus+ youth exchange is, and if you work with young people, the rest of the batch falls under Erasmus+ mobility of youth workers.
A few activities stand out. In Czechia, Media Minds brings young people from four countries together to spot misinformation, debate, simulate the European Parliament and film short educational videos. In Pinos Genil near Granada, Facilitate Visually teaches graphic facilitation and visual methods, and in Zadar, Croatia, Green Future introduces the GreenComp sustainability framework to youth workers from the EU and the Western Balkans. In Trakai, Lithuania, Find Your Present focuses on emotional wellbeing, burnout prevention and creative methods such as improvisation and playback theatre, while REEL in Tallinn uses films and short films in non-formal youth education, in Russian. Local youth councils and their support staff have a conference in Lisbon, and organisations looking for partners have two options: a strategy and partnership seminar in Iasi, Romania, and a study visit in Meath, Ireland, on supporting young people who are not in education, employment or training, where every participating organisation must have a valid OID number.
Read the eligibility carefully, because several of these are narrow. The Croatia course is open to only five countries, the Lithuania course to six and the Tallinn course to eight, and the Czech youth exchange only to young people living in Czechia, Italy, Poland and Greece. The Tallinn course runs in Russian and charges a participation fee, the Iasi seminar asks for English at B2 or above and a role in your organisation's strategy, and the Ireland study visit asks each partner organisation to send two to four participants.

📅 Deadline: 10 October 2026
Media Minds is a nine-day Erasmus+ youth exchange from 22 to 30 November 2026 at Horská chata Radost, a recreational complex in the Orlické Mountains, Czechia, for 20 participants and four team leaders from Czechia, Italy, Poland and Greece. Coordinated by Generace pro Ukrajinu (Generation for Ukraine), a youth-led NGO in Prague, with partners in Italy, Greece and Poland, the exchange teaches participants how to check information and recognise misinformation, explores AI, deepfakes and journalism, and includes debates, a European Parliament simulation and short educational videos filmed in international teams for a shared Video Guidebook. Participants also plan a local action, such as a workshop, debate or mini-campaign, for when they return home, and they receive a Youthpass. Accommodation, meals and activities are covered by Erasmus+, with rooms for two to four people, and travel is reimbursed by distance band once participants have taken part in all activities, with the travel plan approved before buying tickets, economy tickets only and payment made to the sending organisation. Applicants must be 18 to 25 and live in Czechia, Italy, Poland or Greece, work in English and take part in every activity, and the organisers ask for honest answers written in your own words, with AI used only to check grammar or spelling.

📅 Deadline: 11 October 2026
Facilitate Visually is a training course in Pinos Genil, near Granada, from 10 to 17 November 2026, organised by Somos La Otra for 23 youth workers, trainers and youth leaders. The course is led by Helena Podlešákova Leszczyńska and Urszula Leszczyńska, experienced trainers and graphic facilitators who co-founded YoWo Poland. The aim is not to become a professional artist, but to discover how visual thinking can improve the way you facilitate groups and share information. There is no participation fee, the host organises and covers accommodation and food, travel is reimbursed by Erasmus+ distance band from €28 to €1,735, and applicants from 34 countries can apply.
3. 🇭🇷 Erasmus+ Training Course in Croatia 🌱 GreenComp Green Competences for Youth Work ♻️

Participants explore GreenComp, the European Sustainability Competence Framework, through its four areas, embodying sustainability values, embracing complexity, envisioning sustainable futures and acting for sustainability, and turn them into practical youth work methods through workshops, simulations, group work, creative activities and outdoor learning, with attention to young people with fewer opportunities and to exchange between EU and Western Balkan countries. After the course, participants are expected to run follow-up workshops in their local communities. 📅 Deadline: 13 October 2026
REEL is a training course in Tallinn, Estonia, from 14 to 21 November 2026, organised by MTÜ Vivere Kool for 25 youth workers, leaders of youth NGOs, educators and trainers, and its working language is Russian. Participants learn how to use films and short films in non-formal youth education: choosing films and scenes for an activity's goals and the young people's needs, facilitating discussion and reflection around screenings, creating safe spaces for sensitive topics, adapting activities to different abilities, designing and testing their own film-based activities and setting up youth film clubs. Participants are also invited to visit PÖFF, the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, and are expected to run a follow-up activity in their local community and report on it. Food, accommodation and programme materials are covered by the Erasmus+ grant and travel is reimbursed up to a set limit per country, but the organiser collects a €40 participation fee at the venue as a contribution to the project's administrative costs. Only applicants from Estonia, Finland, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Portugal can apply.
7. 🇱🇹 Erasmus+ Training Course in Lithuania 🧘 Emotional Wellbeing and Creative Youth Work 🎭
📅 Deadline: 13 October 2026

It focuses on emotional wellbeing, self-reflection, emotional resilience and burnout prevention, using mindfulness, meditation, creative writing, playback and improvisational theatre, nonviolent communication, movement and body-awareness practices, with a group hike and workshops run by the participants themselves. Participants stay in shared rooms for two to five people, grouped by gender, all meals are vegetarian or vegan, and the course is strictly alcohol-free. 8. 🇮🇪 Erasmus+ Training Course in Ireland 🤝 Creating Pathways for NEET Young People 🌍
📅 Deadline: 14 October 2026
Involve CLG is looking for youth organisations to join an Erasmus+ youth worker study visit in Meath, Ireland, from 16 to 20 November 2026, on how to better engage, understand and support young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). The programme includes a world café where organisations present their work, sessions on being seen, heard and supported, culture, identity and unconscious bias, and visits to Irish youth organisations, and the organiser describes it as a good opportunity to find partners before the February 2027 deadline. It is particularly interested in organisations working directly with young people from ethnic minority communities, young people in or leaving the criminal justice system, young people in care or care leavers, and young people facing social, economic or educational barriers. Accommodation and meals are provided, travel is reimbursed by distance band after the activity to the partner organisations, and there is no fee. Each organisation must have a valid OID number and send two to four participants with a good level of English, and applicants from 22 countries can apply.
9. 🇮🇹 Erasmus+ Online E Learning by Italy 💻 Soft Skills Critical Thinking and Media Literacy 🧠
📅 Deadline: 14 October 2026
This free one-hour webinar on Zoom, on 15 October 2026 from 16:00 to 17:00 CET, introduces the DevelopMENS online learning platform, a free resource on soft skills, critical thinking, media literacy and Self-Determination Theory created by partners from Italy, Croatia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Kosovo. Organised by L'ORMA, the session includes icebreakers, an introduction to the DevelopMENS course and how to use the platform, an exchange of experiences and good practices, and a Q&A. It is recommended for youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, teachers and educators, and the platform itself is open to everyone. The webinar is entirely free, there are 40 places, and applicants from 55 countries can apply.
If you are 18 to 25 and interested in media and democracy, Media Minds in Czechia is the one to look at, while youth workers can choose by method: visual facilitation in Pinos Genil, sustainability in Zadar, film in Tallinn or wellbeing and creative practices in Trakai. Youth councils and their staff have the Lisbon conference, organisation leaders have the Iasi contact seminar, organisations working with NEET young people have the Meath study visit, and youth workers, trainers and educators interested in soft skills and media literacy can join the free online webinar from Italy. Most activities are free, but check the details: Tallinn collects a €40 fee and runs in Russian, and some organisers set conditions for travel reimbursement, such as an approved travel plan and taking part in all activities in Czechia, or at least 80% of the activities in Lithuania, so read about the hidden costs of a fully funded project before you apply. Check the eligible countries first, and look at how green travel in Erasmus+ works, because Zadar, Iasi, Tallinn and Lithuania all mention green travel rates.
Time is short: Media Minds closes on 10 October, Facilitate Visually on 11 October, Zadar, Lisbon and Iasi on 12 October, Tallinn and Trakai on 13 October, and the Meath study visit and the online webinar on 14 October. Most of the activities themselves take place between late October and December 2026, so applying now leaves time to arrange travel and time off. Read each listing, check the conditions, then open the link and apply. Find more fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities like these, explained in plain language, on Youth Works Hub.
