Ten Erasmus+ activities are open for applications this week across nine countries, and the mix is wider than a typical "youth worker training" batch: some of these genuinely require prior experience or a specific role, while others are built for people trying non-formal education for the first time. At Youth Works Hub, we pulled together everything from a voice and storytelling training on a Slovenian hilltop to a formal Quality Label experts meeting in Hungary, so check each listing's eligibility rather than assuming this batch is one-size-fits-all.
The range here covers training courses in Poland, Slovenia (twice), Greece and Lithuania, a partnership-building activity in Malta, a conference in Hungary, seminars in Tรผrkiye and Georgia, and a study visit in France that specifically asks you to apply as a duo with a municipal officer. Deadlines cluster tightly between 10 and 13 September, so there is a short window to act on whichever of these fits.
Funding follows the standard Erasmus+ model on most listings: accommodation and food are typically fully covered, with travel reimbursed by distance band, though a few (the Hungary conference and Malta partnership-building activity) are restricted to specific registered participants rather than open calls. Check each listing's eligibility line closely, since "open to applicants from X and many more" does not always mean open to everyone regardless of role.

๐ Deadline: 13 September 2026
Apply as a duo, a young person and a municipal officer from the same town, to explore how municipalities can share governance with young people through participatory budgets, youth councils and co-designed local projects.
Ten activities, nine countries, and a real mix of who each one is actually for: some, like the Slovenia voice training or the Lithuania climate course, explicitly say no prior experience is needed, while the Hungary conference is restricted to registered Quality Label experts and the France study visit needs a specific duo application. Youth Works Hub laid these out by deadline so you can see at a glance which of the three clusters (10, 11 or 13 September) applies to whichever activity fits your background.
If you have not applied for an Erasmus+ activity before, read the eligibility line on each listing twice before drafting anything: "open to applicants from X and many more" is not the same as "open to everyone," and a couple of these ten are genuinely restricted to a specific role or registration status. For the seven or so that are open more broadly, get your application in early given how tightly the deadlines cluster this time around.
