Loesje Bulgaria is inviting youth workers to H-BASE โ Healthy Boundaries and Assertiveness in Youth Work for Empowerment, an Erasmus+ Training Course in Varna, Bulgaria. The project addresses stress, emotional overload, and burnout among youth workers; as professionals, we often support others while neglecting our own wellbeing and personal limits. The project aims to strengthen participants' resilience, assertiveness and ability to set healthy personal and professional boundaries, and it also promotes healthier and more respectful working environments in youth organisations. Loesje Bulgaria is based in Ruse and part of the international Loesje network, using creative writing, storytelling, and non-formal education to encourage critical thinking, freedom of expression, active citizenship, and social participation.
