Description
Volunteers who will be included in our ESC project will support the youth work carried out within our association. They will increase the efficiency of the works with their contributions to our activities. It will enable our work to gain an international dimension, thus attracting more young people. Our ESC volunteers will join our activities 5 days a week within our association. Volunteers, who will help the activities within the scope of the draft program of approximately 35 hours, will support our activities in line with their knowledge and skills. Below are the activities that volunteers will participate in on a weekly basis. - Preparations of activities - Office works - Mind games - Turkish language course - Reading workshop - Digital youth work - Cultural learning night - Youth information activities - Local projects - Conversation club - R&D works - Evaluation implementations
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Accommodation will be in the form of flats or apartments. To increase cultural interaction, ESC volunteers will be able to share homes with local volunteers or students. The apartments will be designed to be fully furnished and with all necessary tools. Kitchenware, electrical appliances, white goods etc will be provided free of charge. There will be a kitchen in the volunteers' homes. Volunteers will be able to cook their own meals at home. The card for local transportation required for participation in the activities will be provided free of charge to the participants.

Participant profile
We are looking for 18-30 aged young people who are prone to project themes, can share the information they have learned, are highly motivated, can express themselves easily, have volunteering experience, have high communication skills, are open to different views, and have a disadvantaged background.
