🔷 Activity Details
Description
We are looking for 4 volunteers. The volunteers will have the opportunity to set up and lead various workshops on Europe, their country, and their culture, as well as creative and artistic workshops. They will also work with the target group (children, the elderly, families) on various projects :
- Supporting initiatives aimed at raising awareness of eco-friendly practices
- Running the ‘Lefkada Time Bank’ community platform
- Promoting local cultural and artistic initiatives
- Promoting entrepreneurship.
Also, time will be reserved for the volunteers to think about their future projects and analyze the needs of the local communities and the public they have observed. They will thus have the opportunity to propose new activities or events.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Shared accommodation with other volunteers.
For food, an allocated budget will be given to you to cover food-related expenses.
For transport arrangements:
Flights: volunteers will be reimbursed according to the ESC travel budget.
For local transport: everything is in walking distance, so there will be no need for local transport.
Training during the activity
Participant profile
Motivated, passionate, and curious volunteers. They must have a real interest in the different audiences, a natural attraction for social animation, whether with children or adults, and an ease with technical support and digital skills. It goes without saying that depending on the volunteers, it is possible to adjust the tasks they will be able to perform or not.
