Fifteen fully funded European Solidarity Corps placements are open right now across 10 countries, and they run from a vineyard in southern Italy to a peace lab in Berlin. You could join the traditional grape and olive harvest while running digital media for a southern Italian NGO, design escape rooms and Human Library sessions with a creative youth movement in Tbilisi, help drive a just ecological transition at a community hub in Belgium, support vocational skills and employability in northern Ghana, build simulation games for peacebuilding education in Berlin, or renovate a farmhouse near a Regional Park in northern Italy alongside sixteen other volunteers. From a Serbian humanitarian NGO to art and cultural events in Krakรณw, this batch is unusually rich in creative and hands on work.
Every one of these fifteen placements is a European Solidarity Corps opportunity, which means the funding is real: travel within the usual distance bands, accommodation, food, local transport, insurance, pocket money, a mentor and language support are all covered, for volunteers aged 18 to 30. Three placements are limited to residents of a specific country, and those are flagged below. Several are open on a rolling basis and will close as soon as enough good applications arrive, while the rest run through late July into early September.
