Description
Come volontario del Progetto All4One VI sarai chiamato a svolgere numerose mansioni, da quelle più tradizionali d’ufficio ad altre volte a promuovere l’inclusione sociale. Durante questo volontariato, infatti, sarai chiamato a supportare il personale nelle attività quotidiane e contribuire all'implementazione dei progetti in corso, così come a promuovere il Corpo Europeo di Solidarietà (CES) e i programmi Erasmus+ nelle scuole e negli spazi comunali. Inoltre, fornirai supporto a bambini e ragazzi svantaggiati nello svolgimento dei compiti e nelle attività di apprendimento e ideerai, preparerai e sosterrai lo svolgimento di laboratori e attività educative per questi ultimi. Infine, contribuirai ad attività di inclusione sociale rivolte a gruppi vulnerabili, tra cui persone senza fissa dimora e individui con problemi di dipendenza, collaborando alle iniziative di distribuzione alimentare, inclusa la preparazione e l'organizzazione di cesti alimentari per le persone bisognose.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Alloggerai in una casa fornita di tutto il necessario, compreso internet, in stanza doppia o singola a seconda della composizione dei volontari presenti. L'appartamento è ubicato nella zona centrale di Portimão, a poca distanza dalla sede di lavoro. Ogni mese riceverai un'indennità di 310 euro per pagare le tue spese alimentari e quelle personali. Il viaggio dall'Italia al Portogallo e ritorno ti sarà completamente rimborsato, così come i trasporti locali e quelli connessi al progetto. È prevista anche un'assicurazione convenzionata con l'Unione Europea che ti coprirà da infortuni e malattie.
Training during the activity
Parteciperai a 3 sessioni di formazione ufficiali: una prima di lasciare l'Italia, una seconda poche settimane dopo il tuo arrivo in Portogallo e una terza dopo la metà del tuo volontariato. A Portimão l'organizzazione d'accoglienza ti coinvolgerà in altre attività formative, compreso un corso di Portoghese, che ti permetteranno d'acquisire informazioni sulle specificità del progetto in cui sei inserito, e il suo staff sarà sempre attento a valutare assieme a te l'andamento del tuo volontariato. Avrai anche l'opportunità di conoscere tanti altri ragazzi europei: sarà un'esperienza bellissima!

Cerchiamo un giovane motivato e desideroso d'imparare cose nuove, e ovviamente interessato ai progetti europei, al lavoro con i giovani e all’inclusione sociale di persone con fragilità. Non è richiesta una particolare esperienza pregressa su questi temi, perché ciò che conta di più è un atteggiamento proattivo, tanta curiosità e il forte desiderio di far parte di un gruppo internazionale! Sono apprezzati in particolar modo coloro che amano il lavoro di squadra, l'organizzazione d'attività e il contribuire con nuove idee. È necessario possedere un livello intermedio d'Inglese, per comunicare con il gruppo di lavoro e i partners internazionali. Se sei una persona dinamica, aperta, creativa, responsabile e amichevole, desiderosa di crescere sia personalmente che professionalmente in un ambiente internazionale e multiculturale, questo è il volontariato giusto per te!
