The Role

Working alongside HR and project teams, you will help implement new people systems, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Performance Management System (PMS) and Learning Management System (LMS). No prior HR experience is required; GGGI is looking for someone eager to learn, who thinks carefully about how things work, and enjoys improving processes through analysis and testing.

What You'll Do

๐Ÿ’ป Support the implementation of the new ATS, PMS, LMS and other HR technology projects.

๐Ÿงน Assist with data housekeeping, migration, validation and quality checks.

๐Ÿงช Help design and execute test scenarios reflecting how employees, managers, HR colleagues and administrators use the systems.

๐Ÿ”Ž Explore how the system works, identify issues and improvement opportunities, and share observations with the project team.

๐Ÿ“‹ Compare system functionality with HR policies and business processes to ensure alignment.

๐Ÿ“ Document testing results, defects and process recommendations, and collaborate to improve configuration and user experience.

Who Can Apply

๐ŸŽ“ Be enrolled in a Bachelor's (final year), Master's or PhD programme prior to the internship, or a recent graduate within the last 12 months.

๐Ÿค Have experience participating in collaborative projects through coursework, student organizations, internships, volunteering or personal projects.

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Possess an excellent command of English.

The Details

๐Ÿ“ Location: GGGI headquarters, Seoul, Republic of Korea.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Duration: at least three months and up to six months, beginning prior to or within 12 months of graduation.

๐Ÿ’ถ Stipend: GGGI interns receive a monthly stipend of USD 500 (unless funded by sponsoring institutions). Travel, insurance, accommodation and living costs are borne by the intern or sponsor; GGGI provides a supporting letter for the visa. A certificate is provided upon completion, and academic credit may be available.
