๐ŸŒ Erasmus+ explained โ€” the complete beginner's guide to Europe's largest youth programme.Millions of young people have taken part in Erasmus+ since its launch, but many still don't fully understand what the programme actually includes, who it's for, or how to get involved. This in-depth guide breaks down everything: the different types of mobility, funding opportunities, eligibility criteria, and what you can realistically expect from participating. If you've ever wondered whether Erasmus+ is right for you, this guide gives you all the answers in one place. ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://youthworkshub.org/15096/

โ—๏ธWhat Is This Training About?

This 9-day residential training course brings together 31 youth workers from Croatia, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

๐Ÿ˜๏ธ How Erasmus+ youth projects create lasting change in local communities. The impact of Erasmus+ goes far beyond the individuals who participate. Local communities, host organisations, and even entire neighbourhoods are shaped by the projects that take place within them. This article explores the broader social impact of Erasmus+ youth exchanges โ€” from building intercultural understanding to empowering grassroots organisations โ€” and makes a compelling case for why these projects matter beyond the personal level. ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://youthworkshub.org/3595/

โ„น๏ธ Description About The Opportunity

The methodology draws on James Clear's Atomic Habits โ€” one of the most practical frameworks for understanding how behaviour change really works โ€” and translates it into concrete youth work tools. Not as theory, but as something you can walk away with and use on Monday morning. You'll learn how small, consistent actions compound into real change, and more importantly, how to design learning experiences that support young people in making that happen in their own lives.

The training combines breathing techniques, yogic knowledge, dance, and improvisation with facilitation practice, peer exchange, and hands-on workshop design. At its core is an experimental embodied approach โ€” you will encounter the methodology through your own body and experience before translating it into tools for your work with young people, whatever context that happens in.

The daily structure of the course is itself part of the methodology. We believe you can't effectively teach habit formation without practising it, so the programme is built around consistent daily rhythms, shared meals, physical activity, reduced screen time, and quality rest. Going to sleep at a reasonable hour is part of the programme โ€” not as a rule imposed from outside, but as a shared commitment to exploring whether the depth of connection we're looking for might actually be found in well-rested mornings rather than late nights.

This also means the training asks something personal from participants. You'll be invited to take responsibility for your own mental and physical health, to notice your own patterns honestly, and to explore through experience โ€” not just reflection โ€” what sustainable living and working feels like. Community-supported self-exploration, embodied practice, and personal accountability are as central to this week as any session on the programme.
