What does equal access to employment actually look like on the ground — and how can youth workers make it real? EYES — Empowering Youth for Equal Success is an Erasmus+ Study Visit taking place in Brussels, Belgium, from 7 to 10 October 2026, bringing together 20 youth workers, trainers, facilitators and project coordinators to compare practices, learn from different European contexts and strengthen their work on youth employability and inclusion. What EYES Is About
EYES is a 24-month Erasmus+ project (01.09.2025–31.08.2027) implemented by Youth European Society (YES) from Bulgaria, together with Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (KOM 018) from Serbia, Beyond Borders from Italy, COSI from Romania and GO Alive from Greece. It works to raise awareness of, advocate for and open up equal employment opportunities for young people — especially young women and girls, NEET youth, and young people from minorities, rural areas and other groups facing barriers — while building the capacity of the youth workers and organisations who support them.
The project pursues four objectives: enhancing the employability of young people (particularly NEET and vulnerable groups); strengthening partner organisations and youth workers so they can keep supporting young people beyond the project; fostering cross-sectoral cooperation and evidence-based advocacy for better employment policies; and establishing local innovation hubs in five partner communities. It runs through non-formal education and practice-based learning across Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Romania and Serbia, and is financed by the EU.

The Study Visit in Brussels
The Study Visit is designed as a space to exchange experiences, discover practices from different European contexts, and deepen knowledge on youth work, employability, social inclusion, gender equality and youth participation. Participants are expected to actively contribute examples from their own local communities, learn from others, and then bring the outcomes back to their organisations and networks.
During the programme, participants take part in three Study Visit sessions — visiting relevant institutions and organisations, discovering good practices, and learning about European approaches to youth employment and inclusion in a hands-on environment. The agenda also includes a visit to Bruges, combining professional learning, networking and intercultural exchange. The objectives of the visit are to exchange good practices and experiences, explore approaches that support young people facing barriers to employment, and strengthen youth workers' capacities and international cooperation.

Who Can Apply
The Study Visit brings together youth workers, trainers, facilitators, project coordinators and representatives of the five EYES partner organisations, from Bulgaria, Serbia, Italy, Romania and Greece. This particular open call is run by GO Alive, which is seeking 4 participants based in Greece. If you belong to one of the partner organisations or are based in one of the partner countries, this is your route in.
Costs and Logistics
Accommodation and meals are fully covered by the Erasmus+ Programme for the entire duration of the Study Visit. Participants stay at the ibis Styles Brussels Centre Rogier, a centrally located hotel with easy access to public transport. Travel costs are reimbursed up to €300. For participants from Greece applying through GO Alive, there is a participation fee of €50.
