Training during the activity
Our training programs include Romanian language, diverse crafting and non-formal methods, and two trainings provided by the Romanian National Agency. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with other passionate volunteers and learn from former Arts Lab participants about their unique experiences. Our volunteers frequently describe Arts Lab as a life-changing experience, and we're committed to staying in touch for the long term. In fact, we're already planning a conference for all 100 Arts Lab volunteers in 2028!

It take us time to find our dream team, this is why our selection process is very different than other projects. Our volunteers stand out through their artistic profile, perseverance, and commitment.
