Organized by ARCIRAGAZZI PORTICI and partner organizations.
Dates: 11โ18 October, 2026 (including travel days): 6 working days + 2 travel days
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
We will bring together experienced youth workers and NGO leaders (18+). The group will be composed by:
Belarusian participants residing in Belarus, Poland, Lithuania and Italy: Individuals actively working in liquidated or emerging youth organizations, demonstrating a clear need and commitment to international cooperation.
Participants from any Erasmus+ Programme country residing in Lithuania, Poland and Italy: Youth workers experienced in managing Erasmus+ projects, specifically motivated to build partnerships with Belarusian counterparts.
The project "Waves of Cooperation" (WoC) is a 6-day international training course designed to strengthen cooperation between EU and non-EU youth structures, with a special focus on supporting and networking with youth organisations.
Using an engaging maritime learning metaphor, this project functions as a practical "Co-creation Lab". Participants will dive into high-quality non-formal learning methods (such as the Sailing Simulation and Sea of Stories workshops) to build concrete skills in Erasmus+ project design, partnership management, budgeting, and proposal writing.
IMPORTANT:
This activity is tailored specifically for active members of NGOs and organisations working in the field of youth work and non-formal education. Please apply only if at least one of the points below applies to you:
- You are an active youth worker, leader, or activist
- You are a project manager in your organization
- You are responsible for writing new proposals for KA1/KA2 activities
- You are an active member of your organization
- You are a trainer or educator in non-formal education
We especially welcome people who are excited to develop project ideas and turn them into written Erasmus+ concepts. Together, we aim to prepare 4โ5 draft Erasmus+ applications by the end of the activity.
Visa assistance will be provided for Belarusian participants who need it.
The training course will take place in a comfortable hotel located outside of Vilnius.
