ℹ️ Description About The Opportunity

The Earth & Soul training course is an 8-day program happening from August 15 to 22, 2026, in the vineyards and farm setting of Hustopeče, Czechia. It is designed for 24 youth workers, educators, mentors, and NGO leaders who are 22 years or older and want to develop their professional and personal skills.

The main goal of this training is to build inner sustainability and well-being for youth workers while addressing digital burnout. The core concept is that to support young people effectively, educators must first maintain their own well-being. To achieve this, the course is a completely digital-free, offline experience focused on community living and experiential learning.

The entire program is based on the Pathways to Nature Connectedness method. Rather than focusing on environmental theory, participants connect with the environment through 5 specific areas:



Contact: Engaging the physical senses by touching, smelling, and listening to the natural environment.

Emotion: Experiencing feelings of wonder, calm, or emotional release outdoors to manage stress.

Beauty: Observing and appreciating the aesthetic aspects of nature through creative activities.

Meaning: Exploring natural cycles—such as the growth of the vines—as a framework for personal and professional life.

Compassion: Developing care for the earth through practical tasks and eco-citizenship on the farm.

By participating, youth workers will strengthen their personal resilience, practice well-being tools designed for youth work contexts, and work within a diverse international group. Participants will return home with a toolkit to help re-engage passive youth, address screen addiction, and facilitate youth activities with empathy and compassionate communication.

💶 Costs

Participation fee

There is a participation fee of €60 from each participant.

This contribution directly helps us support the local eco-farm, cover sustainable organic meals, and provide the specialized materials needed for our offline, nature-connected program.

At the same time, if for any reason it is not possible for applicant to pay this fee, we ask them to address us and we find the solution together.



Accommodation and food

Narana will fully organize and provide all accommodation and food at the farm in Hustopeče. Thanks to the Erasmus+ KA1 grant, these costs are completely covered for all selected participants, meaning there is no extra price or hidden cost for your lodging and meals during the 8 days of the training course.

Travel reimbursement

travel costs will be reimbursed after the training course up to a specific maximum amount per participant, depending on the country of origin. This project follows the Erasmus+ funding rules, which offer a higher reimbursement budget if you choose sustainable transport—such as trains, buses, or carpooling—for more than 50% of your journey.



The precise maximum reimbursement amounts for a return trip to Hustopeče, Czechia, are structured as follows:

Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Poland: Up to €211 for standard travel, or up to €285 if you choose green travel.

Germany, Italy, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, France: Up to €309 for standard travel, or up to €417 if you choose green travel.

Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey: Up to €395 for standard travel, or up to €535 if you choose green travel.

Please note that participants are reimbursed for their actual expenses up to these maximum limits. To receive the reimbursement, you must save and submit all your original travel tickets, invoices, and boarding passes. If your actual travel costs are lower than the budget limit, you will be reimbursed the exact amount spent. If they exceed the limit, the difference must be covered by the participant. Furthermore, opting for green travel allows for up to 4 extra travel days to be covered for food and lodging if the eco-friendly journey requires a longer travel time.

📜 Certificate
