The European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) is offering traineeships in Corporate Services & Administration across its sites in the Czech Republic, France, the Netherlands and Spain. EUSPA provides safe and secure European satellite navigation services, advances the commercialisation of Galileo, EGNOS and Copernicus data and services, engages in secure SATCOM (GOVSATCOM & IRISΒ²), and operates the Space Surveillance and Tracking Front Desk, enhancing European autonomy in space technologies.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned department/team, trainees may:
π Support the administrative, organisational and coordination activities of the assigned department/team
ποΈ Assist with internal coordination, reporting and the preparation and maintenance of documentation and databases
π€ Contribute to activities related to administration, communication, human resources, legal and procurement, accounting, finance and project control, ICT, facilities and corporate quality
π Support the implementation of internal policies, procedures and processes
π Participate in meetings and assist with drafting notes, presentations, background research and analyses
π Interact with internal and external stakeholders and support ad-hoc tasks as required
Eligibility
πͺπΊ Have the nationality of an EU Member State, Iceland, Norway or Switzerland
π A recognised higher education degree (or, for final-year students, official certification of being in their final year of study)
π‘ Interest or knowledge in one or more of the Agency's areas of work (from studies, research, traineeships or professional experience)
π£οΈ Thorough knowledge of one official EU language and satisfactory knowledge of another; one must be English (the Agency's working language)
β A clean criminal record
β Not have previously undertaken a regular (paid) traineeship at EUSPA

π Relevant knowledge (by training or experience) in one or more of the corporate and support areas covered

π» Good knowledge of IT applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; others an asset)
Conditions of Employment
πΆ A monthly grant of β¬1,500 for a full-time traineeship
βοΈ Possible reimbursement of travel expenses from/to your place of origin
πͺͺ Trainees arrange their own sickness and accident insurance
π Before starting, candidates provide proof of nationality, diplomas, a police-records excerpt, a medical certificate, insurance documents, a statement on any other grants, and a confidentiality/conflict-of-interest declaration
