L’organizzazione d’accoglienza è il Dipartimento della gioventù di Cartagena, che aiuta i giovani nell’istruzione, lavoro, mobilità internazionale e altro. Supporterai il lavoro dello staff nei suoi vari servizi e programmi, contribuendo a iniziative a beneficio dei giovani di Cartagena e dintorni. E’ un progetto dinamico incentrato sull'educazione non formale, sulla partecipazione e sulla cittadinanza europea. Avrai l’opportunità di progettare e attuare programmi, laboratori e attività ricreative, in particolare nell'ambito del progetto di scambio linguistico Bolsa de Idiomas e del punto informazioni Eurodesk locale. Seguirai i social media del Dipartimento e collaborerai ad attività sviluppate in collaborazione con partner locali. Promuoverai opportunità e i programmi europei attraverso workshop e presentazioni presso organizzazioni giovanili, scuole secondarie e altri contesti educativi. Tramite la tua cultura, lingua, interessi, esperienze su temi vari contribuirai all’azione.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
C'è una stanza che t'aspetta in un appartamento di Cartagena, dove vivrai con altri volontari in una casa dotata di tutto il necessario. Ogni mese riceverai una retribuzione di 186 euro, e un'altra somma di 184 euro per le spese d'alimentazione. Il viaggio d'andata e ritorno dall'Italia alla Spagna ti sarà totalmente rimborsato. Se per ragioni di servizio dovrai spostarti all'interno della città potrai scegliere tra la bicicletta e l'abbonamento dell'autobus. L'orario dell'attività oscillerà intorno alle 34 ore a settimana. Un'assicurazione dell'U.E. ti coprirà in caso d'infortunio o malattia.
Training during the activity
Parteciperai a 3 sessioni di formazione ufficiali: una prima della partenza dall'Italia, una poco dopo l'arrivo in Spagna e una terza a metà del volontariato. Acquisirai conoscenze di metodologie di lavoro sull'educazione non-formale, apprendendo a integrare nella comunità i tuoi valori europei. Svilupperai attitudini come la tolleranza, l'empatia, l'assertività e la gestione positiva dei conflitti. Avrai imparato a gestire attività d'educazione non-formale e a realizzare laboratori, accrescendo le tue abilità linguistiche e di comunicazione e le tue competenze informatiche.
Participant profile
Sei il volontario perfetto se sei interessato a vivere attivamente la comunità locale e al lavoro giovanile, sei creativo e condividi i valori di solidarietà e cittadinanza attiva per tutti. Devi essere bravo a lavorare in gruppo, ma anche autonomamente, con responsabilità e spirito d'iniziativa. Ci vuole una persona attiva e dinamica, in linea con il progetto a cui parteciperai. Potrai acquisire tante nuove competenze e conoscenze, ma serve un'attitudine positiva, entusiasta e aperta. E' gradito un livello base di spagnolo. Ricorda che tutto il materiale (CV, lettera motivazionale, profilo sul portale) che metti a disposizione per supportare la tua candidatura dev'essere in Inglese (o in Spagnolo se già lo parli....)!!!
