Nea Arxi in Berlin is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Erasmus+ intern to join the team as a Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Assistant, starting in September 2026 β a great chance to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, communications and office administration within a multicultural environment in the heart of Berlin.
Main Responsibilities
π± Assist with digital marketing activities, including social media management and content creation
π£ Support the development and implementation of marketing and communication campaigns
π° Help prepare newsletters, promotional materials and online content
π¬ Monitor and engage with online communities and communication channels
π§ Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
ποΈ Provide general administrative and office support
π Organise appointments, maintain records and assist with day-to-day office operations
π€ Support the coordination of projects, events and organisational activities

Desired Qualifications
π Studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media or related fields
π± Strong interest in digital marketing and social media
ποΈ Excellent organisational and communication skills
π» Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools
π Proactive attitude, creativity and willingness to take initiative
π©πͺ Knowledge of German is an advantage
π¬π· Knowledge of Greek is necessary
πΌ Previous experience in marketing, administration or customer service is a plus
