Your Missions
HR Support & Collaboration
๐ค Support the People Business Partners โ follow up on HR processes and keep tools up to date
๐ Lead projects tied to the France HR agenda: training, events and communication, as the business needs
๐ณ๏ธ Help manage employee representative bodies โ preparing agendas, centralising information and tracking decisions and action plans on time
๐ Manage the onboarding process to ensure the best possible integration of newcomers
๐ฃ Contribute to internal communication and the organisation of internal events
๐ Manage internship and apprenticeship processes from A to Z with the teams: recruitment, administration, team cohesion
โ๏ธ Conduct legal monitoring โ track social legislation, assess its impact on the work environment and benchmark best HR practices
HR Administration
๐ฌ Support employees by answering their questions and tickets
๐๏ธ Create, update and track personnel files in the HR tool (Workday)
โ Follow up on HR actions: probation periods, medical visits and support across all People topics
๐ถ Track the HR team budget and invoicing
๐ With the People Officer and People Partners, prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates and other HR documents
๐ Update the BDES (economic and social database) and the Document Unique

What They're Looking For
Essentials
๐ Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration or an equivalent field
๐ฃ๏ธ Fluent French and English, written and spoken
๐ค Strong interpersonal and communication skills
๐ Organised, rigorous, with an excellent eye for detail
๐ Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
๐ก Very curious and eager to learn
๐ป Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired
๐ผ A first HR experience (administrative support or similar)
๐ General knowledge of HR practices, processes and French labour law
๐ Motivation to learn and a desire to challenge the status quo
