4C is an organisation based in Athens with a main goal of lifelong learning through differentiated and experiential activities, built on two pillars: the EU, democracy and human rights; and sports, healthy lifestyle and social inclusion through sport. They're looking for a Visibility & Social Media Intern to grow their reach.

A Greek youth NGO combining EU and human-rights education with sport-based social inclusion and active-lifestyle initiatives.

Main Tasks / Responsibilities

🇪🇺 Supporting the tasks and management of European projects

📣 Supporting the promotion of the organisation's projects and events

📱 Creating content for 4C's social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

🗂️ Updating organising tools (e.g. activities' tracker, dissemination tracker)

🤝 Assisting team and project meetings

🧩 Supporting other tasks of the organisation, according to current needs

What You'll Gain

Required Qualifications

🎓 Eligible for an internship grant (Erasmus Placement, university or other)

🗣️ Able to work in English (speak and write) in an independent work style

🤝 Comfortable with teamwork and individual work

Extra Qualifications

🙌 Experience in youth organisations, volunteering and organising events

🎨 Experience with Canva and social media

🌟 Knowledge and/or experience in Erasmus+ (KA1, KA2) and/or the European Solidarity Corps

Good to Know

🎓 Candidates of any educational background are welcome, as long as you're motivated to learn

📈 They prefer long-term collaborations — the more months, the better

📍 Location: Athens, Greece

🗓️ Period: 7 September 2026 to 7 February 2027

⏳ Duration: 6 months (longer collaborations preferred)

💶 Compensation: Unpaid — you must be eligible for an internship grant (Erasmus Placement, university or other)
