TheViPgroup is seeking a creative and proactive Content Creator Intern to support the development of engaging, high-performing content across its digital channels. This role goes beyond basic posting β you'll help shape how the brand communicates online, creating content that captures attention, drives engagement and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
π¬ Content Creation β producing short- and long-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, including scripting, filming and editing engaging videos
π‘ Creative Ideation β generating content ideas, formats and concepts that align with current trends and audience interests while supporting brand objectives
π² Platform Optimization β adapting content for different platforms (hooks, format, timing) and optimising for reach and engagement
βοΈ Video Editing β editing with tools like CapCut, ensuring strong pacing, clear messaging and engaging structure
π Trend Research β staying up to date with social media trends, viral formats and platform updates
π Performance Analysis β monitoring basic metrics (views, engagement, retention) to improve future content
π€ Collaboration β working closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, brand messaging and strategy

Who We're Looking For
π Currently pursuing or a recent graduate (BSc or MSc) in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Digital Content Creation, Film & Video Production, Multimedia or a related field
β Eligible to receive an Erasmus+ Traineeship grant
π¬π§ Excellent command of English (C1), written and spoken; Polish or another European language is a strong asset
π‘ Strong creative thinking, turning ideas into engaging, high-performing content
ποΈ Good understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing and audience attention dynamics
π Ability to research content trends and adapt them to brand and marketing objectives
β¨ Strong attention to detail β clarity, consistency and quality across all content
π£οΈ Confident communication, able to take feedback and quickly iterate
ποΈ Highly organised, able to manage multiple content tasks and deadlines independently
π οΈ Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Canva
