TheViPgroup is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support the development of its visual identity and marketing materials. This role goes beyond simple design tasks โ€” you'll help shape how the brand is perceived, creating visually compelling assets that communicate its message clearly and consistently across all channels.

Responsibilities

๐ŸŽจ Visual Content Creation โ€” high-quality graphics for digital and print use (social media posts, presentations, marketing materials, internal documents), aligned with brand guidelines

๐ŸŽฏ Brand Consistency โ€” supporting a cohesive visual identity across platforms (typography, colour, layout and overall style)

๐Ÿ’ก Creative Development โ€” assisting in new visual concepts and design directions for campaigns, product launches and marketing initiatives

๐Ÿ“ฃ Marketing Support โ€” collaborating with the marketing team to produce engaging visual content

๐Ÿ“ฆ Asset Preparation โ€” preparing and exporting design files in the correct formats for web, print and development use

Who We're Looking For

๐ŸŽ“ Currently pursuing or a recent graduate (BSc or MSc) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design or a related creative field

โœ… Eligible to receive an Erasmus+ Traineeship grant

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Excellent command of English (C1), written and spoken; Polish or another European language is a strong asset

๐ŸŽจ Strong creative thinking, translating ideas into clear and visually compelling designs

๐Ÿ“ Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory and layout principles

๐Ÿ” Strong attention to detail and consistency across all outputs

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Confident communication, able to take feedback and iterate effectively

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Highly organised, able to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines independently

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or Figma
