โ—๏ธWhat Is This Training About?

The Change Journey is a training course for youth workers exploring adaptation, resilience, and youth participation.

๐Ÿ˜๏ธ How Erasmus+ youth projects create lasting change in local communities. The impact of Erasmus+ goes far beyond the individuals who participate. Local communities, host organisations, and even entire neighbourhoods are shaped by the projects that take place within them. This article explores the broader social impact of Erasmus+ youth exchanges โ€” from building intercultural understanding to empowering grassroots organisations โ€” and makes a compelling case for why these projects matter beyond the personal level. ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://youthworkshub.org/3595/

โ„น๏ธ Description About The Opportunity

Change is an inevitable part of life, yet it often brings uncertainty, stress, and emotional challenges. Young people today face multiple transitions related to education, work, migration, relationships, identity, and rapidly changing social realities. Supporting them effectively requires not only understanding the psychology of change but also creating opportunities for active participation and personal growth.

The Change Journey is an international training course designed for youth workers, educators, trainers, and professionals working with young people. The training explores how individuals experience change, develop resilience, and find meaning during periods of transition. Participants will deepen their understanding of emotional reactions to change, identify personal coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and build practical skills for supporting others.

Through experiential learning, reflection, games, group processes, and peer exchange, participants will explore topics such as resilience, adaptation, stress management, communication during change, learning through challenges, and building supportive communities. Particular attention will be given to creating safe and empowering spaces where young people can develop confidence, express their needs, and navigate uncertainty.

The training also highlights the role of youth participation as a powerful tool for adaptation and empowerment. Participants will discover practical approaches to engage young people as active contributors during times of change, helping them strengthen their voice, sense of agency, and involvement in community life.

By the end of the course, participants will leave with practical methods, educational tools, and increased confidence to support young people in turning change into an opportunity for learning, growth, participation, and positive action.

๏ปฟ๐Ÿ˜„ How every Erasmus+ group chat starts vs. how it ends โ€” a journey in messages. This article captures the evolution of every Erasmus+ group dynamic with humour and honesty โ€” and if you haven't experienced it yet, consider this your preview of what's coming. ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://youthworkshub.org/15112/

๐Ÿ“– The real story behind every Erasmus+ and ESC journey โ€” what happens before, during, and after.Every Erasmus+ and ESC project has an official timeline: application, preparation, mobility, evaluation. A deeply human look at what these programmes mean beyond the paperwork. ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://youthworkshub.org/15180/

๐Ÿšจ How to spot a real Erasmus+ or ESC project โ€” and protect yourself from fake offers.
