Teb English is a private English academy with two locations in the province of Seville, looking for bright, enthusiastic and motivated candidates for a 10-month paid English teaching internship, from 26 August 2026 to late June 2027. With over 12 years' experience hosting interns from many countries, they offer a supportive environment to learn and make the most of your time in the south of Spain.


About the Role

This is a teacher-in-training position where you'll work with students from as young as 1 year old up to adults, gaining insight and training in how to become a great EFL teacher — putting your English and love of children into practice to make classes fun, dynamic and effective. You'll join the team at one of their two bright, spacious and well-equipped academies in the province of Seville (the Triana district or the town of Espartinas, just outside Seville city), with full support, monitoring and training throughout the year — no prior teaching experience needed.



What You'll Do

🍎 Teach English lessons to young children, teenagers and possibly adults

📚 Help with course and class planning outside the classroom

🔤 Learn about Jolly Phonics and how to use it with younger learners

✂️ Help create and produce classroom resources such as flashcards and posters

📝 Contribute to student assessment by giving feedback and writing reports twice a year

👀 Observe classes to gain insight into other techniques and improve your skills

🎉 Learn how to deliver class content in a fun, dynamic way that keeps students engaged

🔠 Improve your knowledge of English grammar and phonetics, and how to help students reach their goals in speaking, reading, writing and listening

🎓 Prepare older students for official Cambridge exams, with training on the exams and the techniques for each part

🎲 Learn games, activities and pair work to keep students having fun while learning

🧭 Be monitored and observed frequently by the teacher coordinators, who give help and support throughout



Compensation & Training

💶 A paid internship — €600 per month on top of your Erasmus grant

🏥 Health insurance

📄 Requires a university agreement or an Erasmus+ agreement

🎓 Full training is provided, both at the beginning of the internship and throughout the course
