Key Responsibilities
📞 Assisting in managing client inquiries and reservations, both online and in person
🗺️ Providing helpful information, travel tips and recommendations to enhance guest experiences
🧳 Supporting the team in coordinating bookings, itineraries and service operations
😊 Engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
Requirements
🕒 Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
🗣️ Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
