Hellenic Youth Participation is a leading education and empowerment organization that connects citizens locally, nationally and internationally. They envision a society in which each individual cares and acts. Their work focuses on personal and professional development and youth activism through experiential, diversified and non-formal activities. They coordinate and take part in EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps and more), empower local volunteering teams, and organise workshops, seminars and activities for all age groups โ€” teenagers, young adults and adults.



Main Tasks

๐Ÿ“ฑ Creating engaging content for HYP's social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Managing those social media channels

๐Ÿ“ฃ Creating targeted social media campaigns

๐ŸŽฅ Taking care of the audiovisual material of local events

๐Ÿ“Š Updating organising tools, such as the dissemination tracker and visibility statistics

๐Ÿค Assisting with team and project meetings

๐Ÿ”Ž Conducting market research to identify new marketing opportunities

Required Qualifications

๐ŸŽซ Being eligible for an internship grant (through Erasmus Placement, your university or another source)

๐Ÿค Being comfortable with both teamwork and individual work



Nice to Have

๐ŸŒฑ Experience in youth organisations, volunteering and organising events

๐ŸŽจ Experience with Canva and social media

โœจ Knowledge or experience in Erasmus+ (KA1, KA2, KA3) and/or the European Solidarity Corps
