🌿 Join the sustainability movement and help at a permaculture farm with ecological (re)construction in WINTERSWIJK KOTTEN, Netherlands!
🇳🇱 Participate in taking down and replacing a sustainable straw-bale building under professional guidance, while learning valuable skills.
📅 Duration: 14 weeks (05/09/2023 – 15/12/2023)
📍 Location: Winterswijk Kotten, Netherlands
🌱 Project Description:
- Help disassemble and replace a straw-bale building.
- Reuse materials and contribute to ecological construction.
- Learn about permaculture and sustainable building practices.
- Participate in weekly online permaculture design sessions.
🏡 Accommodation: Tiny House until the end of November, followed by a room in the farmhouse. Food is sourced from the farm’s own fruits and nuts.
🚂 Transportation: Pickup from Winterswijk railway station (6 km from the farm).
🔧 Participant Profile:
- Handy with building tools (electric screwdrivers) and DIY experience.
- Eager to learn and follow instructions.
- A driver’s license is required.
