Festivals. Theatre performances. Concerts. International cultural collaborations. And one of Turkey’s leading cultural organisations — founded in 1988 and still at the heart of a city known for its rich history and heritage. Bursa Culture, Art and Tourism Foundation (BKSTV) is looking for an Erasmus+ intern to support their cultural events and international partnerships for a summer season placement.

BKSTV is one of Turkey’s leading cultural organisations, based in Bursa. Since 1988, the foundation has organised major cultural and artistic events including festivals, theatre performances, concerts, and international collaborations — making it a genuinely active and prestigious environment for anyone interested in arts and culture management.

📋 Your Responsibilities

🎪 Support the organisation and collaboration of festivals and cultural events

🌍 Contribute to international cultural collaborations and communication with potential international partners

🗣️ Help the team with English language communication

✅ Your Profile

🎓 Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Culture Management, Art Management, Communication, International Relations, or a related field

🗣️ Minimum B2 level English — Turkish or other languages are an advantage

🎨 Basic knowledge of cultural management and event organisation

❤️ Motivated, curious, and enthusiastic about arts and culture

🎓 Must be funded by the Erasmus+ internship programme — the foundation does not provide a salary

⏱️ Minimum 3 months — extensions possible

⚠️ During festival periods, some extra working hours may be required — in a dynamic and fun environment
