Freedom and authority. Diversity and inclusion. Justice and due process. These are not contradictions to be solved β they are polarities to be navigated. The Polarities of Democracy is an Erasmus+ online course opening with a live webinar featuring Dr William Bennett, the founder of the framework, offering youth workers, trainers, and policy makers a powerful conceptual tool for understanding and working within democratic systems.
